## Quick Start Guide

### Welcome to Velora!

Get started with Velora in just a few simple steps to power up your supermarket or business in Tamil Nadu with smart recommendations. This guide will help you set up items, upload customer interactions, and launch your first campaign.

### Steps to Get Started

#### 1. Sign In and Explore

* Open the Velora app and sign in with your account details.
* Take a quick look around the dashboard to see sections like "Items," "Interactions," and "Campaigns."

* Go to the "Items"  section and click on an item.
* Click "Item Properties" to add details like category (e.g., "dairy") or stock status.
* Upload your item data using the "Upload" option with a CSV file..
* Follow the same steps for users.

#### 3. [Upload Customer Interactions](/velora/data-onboarding/intraction.md)

* Navigate to the "Interactions" section and select "Purchase."
* Click "Interaction Properties" to set up fields like purchase amount or date.
* Use the "Upload" option to add a file with purchase data (e.g., who bought what).

#### 4. Create Your First Campaign

* Go to the "Campaigns" section and click "Create Campaign."

* Use the Message Template Builder to write a message like "Hi {customer\_name}, try {product\_name}!"
* Preview and launch your campaign.
